Mr. Carter received his education from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY from the school of Hotel and Travel Tourism Management and after finishing school made his way to the City of Manhattan (NYC) to conquer the power hungry and power players of the hotel industry but found having a love and passion for the world of advertising.
